I have been running Rogue Templates since 2019 but have template creation experience dating back 10+ years.
Ahead of becoming a Microsoft Office developer, I was an IT contractor, specialising in Visual Basic, for an engineering firm. Before that, I was a Quantum Spec Writer for a market research company, turning raw survey results into data tables and charts.
I have been programming computers since our family got a Sinclair ZX81 when I was around 10 years old!

I enjoy solving complex problems and finding creative solutions. I have made a career of creating solutons for Office to make the user's life easier.
I have a real knack for quickly grasping what is needed and finding a way to deliver it within the client's constraints and budget.

Business Partner / Virtual Assistant
I work with Simon on Rogue Templates' projects when needed but I am also running my own business called Vital Assistant, which provides admin support to time-poor small business owners.
I have 25 years’ administration experience encompassing private, public and charitable organisations.
Most recently, I worked in the corporate world for 6+ years, supporting various HR and HRIS leaders and HR Business Partners with HR administration, HR systems and HR analytics.
My personal motto has always been ‘to strive to leave an organisation in a better place than I found it’.

Morale and Fitness Officer (part-time)
I ensure the team are well motivated and get plenty of exercise. I am also responsible for greeting guests and making them feel welcome.
I require a lot of micro-managing and hands-on reassurance.
